Jennifer Garner FINALLY gave birth to her second baby with Ben Affleck. The parents welcomed a baby girl yesterday, Garner's spokeswoman confirmed.

The couple also has another daughter, three-year-old Violet.

No other info was available. The two aren't known for releasing a ton of info about their personal lives.

Rebecca Romijin and Jerry O'Connell welcomed twin girls Dec. 28.

Dolly Rebecca Rose and Charlie Tamara Tulip were born on Dec. 28 and both parents and newborns are "all home and doing well."

The twins are the first children for Romijn, 36, and O'Connell, 34. In August, Romijn said she would name one baby after country singer Dolly Parton. The other was named in honor of O'Connell's brother, Charlie.

Dancing with the Stars' Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Karina Smirnoff are engaged.

Chmerkovskiy popped the question to his girlfriend of less than six months in Las Vegas on New Year's Eve, according to a source. The couple celebrated the start of 2009 in the Wynn Hotel.

"They are really cute together," adds the source.

The couple, who have been dating since the summer, are currently performing on the Dancing with the Stars winter tour, which wraps up in mid-February.

John Travolta and Kelly Preston's 16-year-old son has died. Jett, the oldest child of the couple, suffered a fatal seizure while they were vacationing at their home on Grand Bahama Island, according to their attorney.

The couple also has an 8-year-old daughter, Ella.

First, we have the lesser-known Spears. Bryan Spears, brother of Britney and Jamie Lynn, tied the knot with girlfriend Graciella Sanchez. Sanchez is Jamie Lynn's manager. Spears and Sanchez have known each other for a long time, but only started dating recently. I hope this one lasts longer than Britney's marriages.

Gina Glocksen also married her beau, Joe Ruzicka. Gina was a top 10 finalist on Idol during season 6. They've been engaged since August, 2007, when Joe proposed during one of Gina's performances. Haley Scarnato and Jordin Sparks were bridesmaids.

According to E!Online, he is. They are reporting that Reggie Bush introduced Kim's sister Khloe to Rashad this past summer, and the two have been "dating ever since."

Actress Zooey Deschanel, 28, is engaged to Death Cab for Cutie front man Ben Gibbard, Usmagazine.com is reporting.

Rumors spread of the engagement after In Touch magazine falsely reported she was engaged to a different musician: Hunter Burgan, a bass guitarist for AFI.

Deschanel and Gibbard, 32, are "so thrilled," the source tells Us. "Zooey was swept off her feet, and Ben is so excited."

Woody Harrelson married his longtime-girlfriend Laura Louie in a ceremony in Hawaii on Sunday.

The couple have three children, the oldest is 15 and the youngest is 2.

Seeing how they've been together for such a long time, and didn't rush into marriage, I think this union might last!
